Llano Rock'n Riverfest, and all activities of the Llano Christmas Lighting Committee are funded by donations, vendor fees, concession & t-shirt sales, and sponsorships. While the City of Llano provides some support with the planning and execution of the events, as well as the maintenance of Badu Park, no city funds are spent on the event.
